RESEARCH AND PUBLICATIONS ON MANAS NATIONAL PARK

Very little research work has been undertaken in Manas, possibly due to Bodo agitation since 1989. Most of the research works conducted so far was done as a part of University and Research Programme. The site does not have any specific financial provision for initiating Research Programme. There is a post of Research Officer in the Reserve.
